You'll conduct comprehensive site reviews and assessments for both potential and existing locations, ensuring optimal positioning for business growth. Your expertise will help identify prime real estate opportunities while maintaining strict compliance with local regulations and company standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable expansion plans, analyze market trends, and maintain strong relationships with landlords and vendors. - Develop and execute strategic plans for new store openings across Malaysia
- Conduct detailed site assessments, feasibility studies, and due diligence
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and demographic data
- Manage relationships with landlords, vendors, and regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with zoning laws, safety regulations, and company standards
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management
- Coordinate with construction teams and project managers for timely openings
- Monitor performance of existing properties and recommend optimization strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or retail expansion
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market research tools
- Expert knowledge of Malaysian property regulations and zoning laws
- Proven track record in site selection and lease negotiations
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Certification in Real Estate (e.g., CRE) is highly advantageous
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
