Ang Mo Kio Town Council is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Property Executive / Assistant Property Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operations of residential and commercial properties within the Ang Mo Kio GRC. You will act as a key point of contact for residents, overseeing site maintenance, managing contractor performance, and ensuring compliance with town council by-laws.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily estate management operations, including maintenance inspections and housekeeping quality control.
- Supervise contractors to ensure all maintenance works are completed within timelines and according to safety standards.
- Handle resident feedback and inquiries in a professional manner, providing timely resolutions to concerns.
- Assist in the preparation of annual maintenance budgets and monitor expenditure for estate projects.
- Conduct regular site walks to identify defects or potential hazards in common areas.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for upgrading and improvement works.
- Enforce town council by-laws and ensure compliance with relevant Building and Construction Authority (BCA) regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Estate Management, Building Services, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property management, preferably in a Town Council or commercial facility management setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse groups of residents and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to attend occasional evening committee meetings or weekend site visits when required.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on cost-effective maintenance solutions.
