Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive facility maintenance schedules to ensure optimal uptime for all critical systems.
- Supervise third-party vendors and contractors, ensuring that all work meets quality standards, safety regulations, and budget constraints.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and execute proactive maintenance solutions.
- Support corporate initiatives by managing space planning and office infrastructure updates.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and workplace health and safety (WSH) standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve facility-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Manage facility budgets, including forecasting, procurement, and expense tracking for maintenance projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in property or facilities management within a commercial setting.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building regulations and WSH compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to team objectives.
