Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations of residential properties including maintenance scheduling, vendor coordination, and budget oversight
- Handle tenant relations, lease administration, and dispute resolution to ensure resident satisfaction
- Conduct regular property inspections and implement corrective actions for safety and compliance
- Prepare comprehensive reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and financial metrics
- Develop and implement property improvement initiatives aligned with council standards
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance
- Ensure strict adherence to Singapore's building codes, fire safety regulations, and property management laws
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of property management experience with residential or public housing
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's property regulations, strata management, and tenancy laws
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Certification in property management (e.g., CPM, RPA) or relevant professional designation preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties efficiently under tight deadlines
