Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the overall maintenance and upkeep of public housing estates and facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and building standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for renovation and repair works.
- Handle tenant queries and resolve property-related issues efficiently.
- Prepare and manage the annual budget for property operations and maintenance.
- Oversee the implementation of energy-saving initiatives and sustainable practices.
- Monitor the performance of the Property Management Team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Building Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in property management or town council operations.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 Driver’s License is an added advantage.
