Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for premium property portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international investors through personalized consultations
- Conduct property viewings and presentations, highlighting unique investment advantages of Bali real estate
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling property collateral and digital campaigns
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Manage end-to-end sales process from initial client contact to contract negotiation and closing
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in high-value property sales, preferably with international clientele
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive real estate markets
- Deep knowledge of Bali property regulations, zoning laws, and investment incentives
- Exceptional negotiation skills with ability to close complex transactions across cultures
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in other languages is advantageous
- Strong understanding of international investment trends and luxury property valuation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
