Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate the purchasing of bakery and pastry ingredients, packaging materials, and equipment
- Source, evaluate, and build relationships with reliable suppliers of quality baking ingredients
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels
- Review and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Track and analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and supplier information
- Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure material specifications are met
- Resolve any issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing with suppliers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the food or bakery industry
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards is a plus
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required
