- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans for raw materials and operational supplies
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to optimize cost-efficiency
- Manage vendor relationships and conduct regular performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to prevent shortages
- Analyze market trends and recommend sourcing improvements
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and Indonesian regulations
- Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline delivery schedules
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Certified in Supply Chain Management (CSCP/CPIM) preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business English
- Demonstrated experience with Indonesian import/export regulations
- Ability to analyze market data and identify cost-saving opportunities
