- Manage procurement of raw materials and ensure timely availability for manufacturing operations
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and quality standards
- Create and process purchase orders with accurate documentation and approvals
- Monitor shipments and coordinate with logistics teams for timely delivery
- Maintain purchasing records, documentation, and supplier performance metrics
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities in the procurement process
- Collaborate with production teams to forecast material requirements and optimize inventory levels
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with ability to build supplier relationships
- Knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and inventory control
- Proficiency in purchasing software, ERP systems, and MS Office applications
- Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in copper or metal processing, is preferred
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure
