Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic purchasing plans for manufacturing materials and logistics services
- Lead vendor negotiations to secure optimal pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical sourcing standards, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times
- Implement and maintain procurement KPIs for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing/logistics environments
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and procurement software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial metrics
- Professional certification (CIPS, CPSM) or equivalent experience preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
