Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance and control plans for building construction projects
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and standards
- Prepare and maintain detailed quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and compliance certificates
- Identify and resolve quality issues, recommending corrective actions to maintain project standards
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure quality requirements are met
- Review and approve material submissions, shop drawings, and construction methods
- Stay updated with the latest industry regulations, standards, and best practices in building construction
- Train and mentor junior QA/QC staff to develop their technical capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in QA/QC for building construction projects
- Professional certification in quality management (e.g., CQI, IRCA) is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Experience with quality management systems and documentation processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
- Proficiency in quality control software and reporting tools
