Join Makna Setia's dynamic engineering team as a Senior QAQC Engineer and play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our prestigious construction projects. As a key technical leader, you will oversee the implementation of rigorous QA/QC procedures, conduct comprehensive inspections, and maintain strict adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and project specifications. Your expertise will directly contribute to project success by identifying potential risks, recommending corrective actions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive quality excellence in large-scale infrastructure developments.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures for construction projects
- Conduct regular site inspections, material testing, and quality audits
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, project specifications, and local regulations
- Prepare comprehensive quality documentation including reports, test plans, and inspection records
- Investigate non-conformities and implement corrective action plans
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies on quality matters
- Mentor QAQC team members and conduct training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 7 years of QAQC experience in construction projects
- Professional certification in QAQC (e.g., CQI-IRCA, ASQ CQE)
- Deep knowledge of local construction codes and international standards
- Proficiency in quality management software and testing equipment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
