Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Quality Control team to ensure operational efficiency and high standards.
- Develop and implement international quality assurance protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify areas for process improvement and defect reduction.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train staff on quality standards to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong knowledge of international quality standards (e.g., ISO).
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of QC professionals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
