Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct accurate quantity take-offs and prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
- Prepare comprehensive tender submissions and documentation in compliance with project requirements
- Develop and maintain cost planning and budget forecasting throughout project lifecycle
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with subcontractors to secure optimal pricing and terms
- Manage variation orders, ensuring proper documentation and cost impact analysis
- Monitor project expenditures and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement value engineering
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, PQS) is highly desirable
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and construction cost estimation tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of Singapore construction industry practices and regulations
