In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for the financial control of construction projects from inception to completion. You will lead the team in preparing cost estimates, managing contracts, and ensuring that all financial transactions are transparent and accurate. Your expertise will be crucial in mitigating risks and maximizing project profitability. You will oversee the preparation of monthly payment certificates, assess variations, and negotiate claims to ensure the project stays on track financially.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and control project budgets, ensuring all costs are accurately recorded and reported.
- Prepare and issue monthly progress payments and interim valuations.
- Negotiate and administer contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Assess and manage variations, claims, and disputes to minimize financial risk.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify measurements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant construction standards, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and review tender documents and cost estimates for new projects.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying within the construction industry.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, or Construction Management.
- Strong working knowledge of standard forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC, JCT, Singapore Standard Conditions of Contract).
- Proficiency in cost management software and MS Excel (including advanced formulas).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Valid Professional Qualification (e.g., RICS, CIOB, PQC) is highly desirable.
