Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation for construction projects
- Manage contracts, including variations, claims, and payment applications
- Conduct site measurements, valuations, and cost analysis for project milestones
- Advise clients and stakeholders on cost management strategies and risk mitigation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure budget adherence
- Prepare monthly cost reports and forecasts for project stakeholders
- Assist in dispute resolution and contractual negotiations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in Singapore
- Professional membership with RICS or equivalent professional body
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Singaporean construction regulations
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven track record in managing construction contracts and claims
