Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare tender documents, contract specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects
- Analyze and evaluate subcontractor quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance
- Manage project budgets, conduct cost control analysis, and prepare financial reports
- Advise on contractual claims, variations, and dispute resolution mechanisms
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and validate cost variations
- Maintain accurate records of project costs, contracts, and documentation
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure alignment
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with 2+ years in senior role
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., WinQS, CostX) and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Malaysian construction regulations
- Certified member of RICS or equivalent professional body preferred
- Expertise in cost planning, contract administration, and claim management
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
