Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of cost planning, procurement, and tender administration for diverse construction projects.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and detailed contract documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify work-in-progress for monthly progress claims.
- Negotiate and finalize sub-contractor agreements and manage final accounts effectively.
- Provide expert commercial advice to clients and stakeholders to mitigate project risks.
- Review and manage contractual claims and variations in accordance with project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction Management from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably within a professional consultancy environment.
- Strong knowledge of local standard forms of contract (e.g., SIA, PSSCOC).
- Proven track record in handling large-scale commercial or residential construction projects.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and lead project teams effectively.
