Join our dynamic team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and play a pivotal role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of prestigious construction projects. This comprehensive opportunity encompasses both pre-contract and post-contract responsibilities, including tender preparation, cost estimation, and contract administration. You'll work closely with A1 and A2 main contractors, ensuring projects remain within budget while maintaining compliance with industry standards. This role is ideal for experienced professionals looking to leverage their expertise in cost control, risk management, and contractual dispute resolution in a high-stakes environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead pre-contract activities including tender documentation, bills of quantities preparation, and cost estimation
- Manage post-contract duties including valuations, variations, and final account settlements
- Oversee financial reporting and cost control for construction projects
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure contractual compliance
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for cost overruns
- Manage subcontractor agreements and procurement processes
- Prepare monthly financial reports and project cost forecasts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with main contractors
- Proven track record with A1 and A2 grade main contractors
- Strong proficiency in QS software (e.g., CostX, WinQS) and MS Office Suite
- RICS or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Excellent knowledge of FIDIC and Singaporean construction contracts
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
