Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates for construction projects
- Manage contract administration including variations, claims, and final account settlements
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project expenditure
- Advise on procurement strategy, subcontractor selection, and commercial risks
- Monitor project budgets and prepare regular financial reports for stakeholders
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure cost compliance and timely payments
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and contractual obligations
- Analyze market trends and material costs to inform budget forecasting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost management
- Professional certification (RICS, MQSI, or equivalent) preferred
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC and local construction contracts
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
