Tanggung Jawab
- Manage pre-contract activities including tender preparation, cost estimation, and subcontractor negotiations
- Oversee post-contract responsibilities including valuation, variation orders, and final account preparation
- Monitor project costs against budgets and provide proactive financial recommendations
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and resolve contractual disputes effectively
- Prepare and maintain accurate cost reports and financial documentation throughout project lifecycle
- Collaborate with project teams to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency
- Conduct site inspections to verify work quantities and assess progress
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor with 2+ years in senior role
- Proven expertise in pre-contract and post-contract management
- Familiarity with steel structure projects and subcontractor coordination
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and local construction regulations
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX) and MS Office Suite
- Professional certification (RICS, MQSI) preferred
