Tanggung Jawab
- Manage entire project lifecycle financials including cost estimation, budget preparation, and financial reporting
- Analyze tender documents, contracts, and change orders to ensure compliance and cost optimization
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and validate financial expenditures
- Oversee subcontractor payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Develop monthly cost forecasts and variance reports for stakeholder review
- Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising project quality or timelines
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to align financial strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying for large-scale construction projects
- Proficiency in construction cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail
- Excellent contract negotiation and vendor management capabilities
- Professional certification (e.g., RQS, PMP) preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with business-level English proficiency
