Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control systems
- Administer construction contracts including variations, claims, and final accounts
- Conduct value engineering analysis and cost optimization studies
- Monitor site progress and reconcile actual costs against estimates
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers on contractual matters
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cost analysis for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in construction
- Proficiency in cost management software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Malaysian construction law
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS) preferred
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and project management tools
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
