Tanggung Jawab
- Lead cost estimation, budget preparation, and financial forecasting for large-scale infrastructure projects
- Administer contracts, manage variations, and resolve contractual disputes with stakeholders
- Conduct regular site inspections to validate progress and quantify materials/labor costs
- Oversee subcontractor agreements, payments, and performance compliance
- Prepare monthly cost reports and financial statements for executive review
- Implement value engineering strategies to optimize project profitability
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards
- Develop risk mitigation plans for cost overruns and schedule delays
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Building/Structural Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying with 2+ years in senior roles
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX) and BIM tools
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and international construction standards
- Proven track record in managing infrastructure or commercial building projects
- RICS certification or equivalent professional accreditation preferred
- Advanced analytical skills with attention to contractual details
