Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project costs through tender preparation, contract documentation, and cost control measures
- Conduct valuations, variations, and final account settlements for construction projects
- Prepare monthly cost reports and forecasts to monitor budget adherence
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve contractual and financial issues
- Perform risk assessments and recommend cost-saving strategies
- Ensure compliance with FIDIC contracts and local building regulations
- Lead quantity surveying teams and mentor junior staff
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying for construction projects
- Professional certification (RICS, MQSI) or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in QS software (e.g., WinQS, CostX) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Knowledge of Malaysian construction contracts and building codes
