We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Bintulu, Sarawak. Your expertise in managing tenders, contracts, and project finances will ensure projects are delivered within budget while maintaining quality standards. - Manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial planning for civil and building projects
- Prepare, analyze, and evaluate tenders and contract documents
- Monitor project expenditures and provide regular financial reporting
- Advise on contractual matters, claims, and variations
- Implement cost control measures and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead quantity surveying teams and coordinate with project stakeholders
- Conduct valuations and prepare final account settlements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying role
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and industry standards
- Proficiency in cost management software and financial analysis tools
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Certification in quantity surveying (e.g., RICS) preferred
- Proven track record in managing project finances and contracts
