BHD. is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Pontian, Johor. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in managing costs, contracts, and procurement processes for our high-impact precast construction projects.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full project life cycle from feasibility and estimation to final account settlement.
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimates for precast concrete components.
- Administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers to negotiate rates and manage supply chain agreements.
- Monitor and track project variations, identifying risks and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly progress reports and financial updates for management.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior surveyors within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the construction or precast industry.
- In-depth knowledge of standard form contracts (e.g., PAM, JCT, FIDIC).
- Proficiency in take-off software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of mathematical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Malay, or Chinese.
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., BQSM, RICS) is highly preferred.
