We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our professional team in Redhill.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the financial success of our projects. You will be responsible for managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects, from initial calculations to final figures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mind, deep knowledge of construction contracts, and the ability to manage complex project budgets with precision. You will work closely with stakeholders, subcontractors, and our project management team to ensure that all projects are completed profitably and to the highest standards of quality.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for tenders and ongoing works.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and assess the value of work completed.
- Manage the procurement process, including selecting subcontractors and negotiating favorable rates.
- Administer construction contracts (e.g., PSSCOC, SIA) and handle variations, claims, and final account settlements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, cost forecasts, and cash flow projections for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards on site.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the Singapore construction sector.
- Strong proficiency in tender preparation, cost control, and contract administration.
- In-depth knowledge of local building regulations, codes of practice, and standard forms of contract.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage diverse project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or BIM-related tools).
- Registered professional certification (e.g., SISV, RICS) is highly advantageous.
