Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all aspects of project costs, from initial feasibility and estimation to final account settlement.
- Prepare detailed bills of quantities (BOQ), tender documents, and contract agreements.
- Perform regular site visits to monitor progress and verify work-in-progress for monthly valuations.
- Provide expert advice on contractual claims, variations, and potential cost overruns.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery and financial compliance.
- Mentor and guide junior quantity surveyors to foster a culture of professional development.
- Manage procurement processes, including the selection and negotiation of sub-contractor bids.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional License (PRC) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quantity surveying, specifically within the construction industry.
- Expertise in construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, JCT, or local standard forms).
- Advanced proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Excel for financial modeling.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines.
