Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control throughout project lifecycle
- Prepare and analyze tender documentation, including bills of quantities and contract specifications
- Advise on contractual claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes
- Conduct interim valuations and payment certifications for contractors
- Monitor cost performance and implement cost-saving measures
- Review subcontractor quotations and negotiate contract terms
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly cost reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction sector
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, MQSI) highly desirable
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, WinQS) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Singaporean construction regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities
