Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end tender processes including preparation and submission of competitive bids
- Oversee contractual claims management, variations orders (VO), and final account settlements
- Conduct cost planning, budget control, and financial forecasting for construction projects
- Analyze and interpret contractual documents to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
- Liaise with stakeholders including clients, contractors, and suppliers on financial matters
- Prepare monthly cost reports and progress claims for project stakeholders
- Advise on contractual disputes and provide expert testimony when required
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in construction contract management
- Proven track record in handling tenders, claims, VO, and final accounts
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean construction contracts (e.g., SIA, PWD)
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Excel
- Certification in quantity surveying (e.g., RICS) is highly advantageous
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
