Your primary focus will be on preparing comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ), analyzing project costs, and ensuring that all financial transactions align with the project budget. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for various construction phases.
- Conduct detailed cost estimation and budgeting for new and ongoing projects.
- Perform regular site measurements and inspections to verify progress and material usage.
- Manage subcontractor tenders and evaluate pricing proposals.
- Prepare interim payments and payment certificates for clients and contractors.
- Monitor project expenditure against the approved budget and report variances.
- Ensure compliance with local construction laws and contract terms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Senior Quantity Surveyor role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and cost structures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and project management software.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Valid professional license (e.g., Licensed Civil Engineer or RQS) is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
