Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project costs through preparation of tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates
- Oversee contract administration including variations, claims, and final account settlements
- Conduct risk assessments and develop cost-control strategies for construction projects
- Prepare monthly cost reports and forecasts to track project financial performance
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve contractual and financial matters
- Ensure compliance with FIDIC contracts and local construction regulations
- Lead value engineering initiatives to optimize project expenditure
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying with senior role exposure
- Proficiency in construction cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, WinQS)
- Strong understanding of Malaysian Standard Method of Measurement (MSMM)
- RICS or MQSI professional certification preferred
- Proven track record in contract administration and claim management
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to financial detail
