As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Daie Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in managing project costs and ensuring financial control throughout the construction lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and supervise project budget control to ensure financial targets are met
- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to clients and stakeholders
- Conduct cost estimation and analysis for construction projects
- Review and analyze tender documents, contracts, and specifications
- Provide expert advice on contractual matters and claims management
- Conduct regular site visits to verify work progress and quantities
- Prepare cost reports and financial forecasts for project management
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve financial issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and cost estimation tools
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, FIDIC conditions, and local regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience with large-scale construction projects is preferred
