Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project costs, budgets, and financial reporting to ensure profitability
- Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates for construction projects
- Oversee contract administration, including variations, claims, and final accounts
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and validate cost data against plans
- Negotiate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to optimize financial outcomes
- Implement risk management strategies to control cost overruns and financial discrepancies
- Maintain compliance with contractual obligations and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with 2+ years in senior roles
- Professional certification (RICS/MQS) or equivalent industry qualifications
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in financial documentation
- Proven track record in managing construction contracts and claims
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
