Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project costing and prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects
- Conduct quantity taking-off and prepare bills of quantities for tendering purposes
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and evaluate contractor bids
- Monitor project expenses against budget and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Handle claims management and variations to ensure fair compensation
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cost analysis for project stakeholders
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and contractual agreements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Knowledge of construction contracts, FIDIC conditions, and claim procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification in Quantity Surveying is an added advantage
