In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the financial management of large-scale construction projects. You will work closely with project directors, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure cost-effectiveness, contract compliance, and successful project delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying functions.
- Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting for large-scale building or LTA infrastructure projects.
- Administer sub-contractor progress claims, variation orders, and final account settlements.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure all work is completed within budget and according to contractual specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify progress and monitor potential cost risks.
- Prepare comprehensive tender documentation and participate in the procurement process.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of professional experience in an A1 Main Contractor environment.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale building or LTA projects in Singapore.
- In-depth knowledge of SIA/PSSCOC forms of contract and local construction regulations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or industry-standard cost estimation tools.
