Tanggung Jawab
- Lead tender preparation and submission processes for construction projects
- Conduct comprehensive cost analysis and estimation for project bids
- Manage contract documentation and ensure compliance with terms
- Assist in resolving contractual disputes and claims management
- Monitor project costs and prepare monthly financial reports
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers for contractual matters
- Support transition to Assistant Contract Manager role for qualified candidates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years of QS experience in construction industry
- Professional certification (RICS or equivalent) preferred
- Proven experience in tender preparation and contract administration
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in construction software and MS Office suite
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
