Join Woh Hup as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and take charge of cost and contractual management for our prestigious construction projects in Johor Bahru. This pivotal role requires a professional with expertise in financial control, risk assessment, and contract administration to ensure project success within budget and timeline constraints.
As a key member of our project delivery team, you will oversee all aspects of quantity surveying from initial tender preparation through to final account settlement. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors while maintaining strict compliance with contractual obligations and industry best practices.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all cost and contractual issues on Main Contracts and Sub-contracts
- Prepare tender documents, contract documentation, and cost estimates
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential cost issues
- Analyze and evaluate contractor claims and variations
- Prepare monthly valuations, payment certificates, and final accounts
- Advise the project team on contractual matters and risk management
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Maintain accurate records of all financial and contractual documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, MQS) is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, FIDIC conditions, and Malaysian building regulations
- Proficient in quantity surveying software and MS Office applications
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with projects in Johor Bahru or surrounding areas is preferred
