Tanggung Jawab
- Manage cost planning, budget control, and financial reporting for the data centre project
- Prepare tender documents, contract agreements, and cost estimation reports
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and assess variations
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure optimal terms
- Provide expert advice on contractual obligations and financial implications
- Prepare monthly cost forecasts and variance analysis reports
- Ensure compliance with FIDIC contracts and local regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction
- Proven track record on large-scale infrastructure or data centre projects
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction contracts and standards
- RICS or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Excel
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
