Are you a seasoned professional ready to take on a pivotal role in major infrastructure development? Allied Search Pte. Ltd. is currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor specializing in Land Transport Authority (LTA) projects. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise in cost management and contract administration within a dynamic construction environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for the financial control of construction projects, ensuring that budgets are adhered to while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. You will act as the primary point of contact for financial reporting and will work closely with project managers and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for LTA construction projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify quantities of work and ensure accurate measurement.
- Administer contracts, process variations, and manage claims to mitigate financial risks.
- Prepare interim payments and final accounts in strict accordance with contract terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve technical and financial queries.
- Ensure all financial reporting complies with statutory regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, or a related construction discipline.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of working on major infrastructure or government projects (LTA experience is highly desirable).
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore’s construction standards and industry practices.
- Proficiency in QS software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Excel) and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
