- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender documentation for electrical installations and systems
- Conduct value engineering analysis to optimize material selection and construction methods
- Manage subcontractor contracts, payments, and financial risk assessments
- Monitor project progress against budget forecasts and recommend cost-control measures
- Analyze and prepare monthly financial reports and variance explanations
- Coordinate with engineering teams to resolve technical and contractual issues
- Stay updated on electrical material costs, industry regulations, and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying with electrical project focus
- Professional certification (RICS/MQSI) or equivalent industry accreditation
- Advanced proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, materials, and installation methods
- Proven track record in contract administration and dispute resolution
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
