Tanggung Jawab
- Manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for ELV/BMS/Security system installations
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, and evaluate contractor submissions
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and validate cost reports
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve contractual issues
- Prepare monthly cost forecasts and variance analysis reports
- Ensure compliance with FIDIC contracts and Singaporean building regulations
- Mentor junior surveyors and optimize project cost management workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quantity surveying with ELV/BMS/Security specialization
- Professional certification (RICS, BQSP) preferred
- Expertise in tender evaluation and contract administration
- Advanced proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, WinQS)
- Strong understanding of Singaporean construction standards and regulations
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
