Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Analyze tender documents, contracts, and specifications for cost implications
- Manage project costs through regular valuations and payment applications
- Conduct value engineering studies to optimize construction costs
- Prepare final accounts and contract settlements
- Advise on procurement strategies and contractual risk mitigation
- Monitor cost control measures and report on financial performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation
- Proficiency in construction cost management software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- Strong understanding of FIDIC and Indonesian construction contracts
- Certification in Quantity Surveying (e.g., MRICS) preferred
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
