Accesstech Engineering is seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with specialized Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) expertise to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our construction projects, you will play a critical role in managing costs, preparing estimates, and ensuring financial control throughout the project lifecycle.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for M&E works
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and validate measurements
- Review and process subcontractor payments and variations
- Prepare monthly cost reports and financial forecasts
- Advise project teams on cost-effective solutions and value engineering
- Manage procurement processes for M&E materials and equipment
- Prepare tender documents and evaluate contractor bids
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor with M&E specialization
- Professional membership in recognized quantity surveying institution
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Singapore's construction industry standards and regulations
