Tanggung Jawab
- Manage cost planning, estimation, and control for M&E and data centre infrastructure projects
- Prepare and analyze bills of quantities, tender documentation, and contract variations
- Advise on contractual risk management, claims, and dispute resolution
- Monitor project progress against financial forecasts and budgets
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on commercial matters
- Conduct site valuations and interim payment certifications
- Ensure compliance with construction contracts and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience as Quantity Surveyor (M&E/data centre focus preferred)
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
- RICS or equivalent professional certification
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Knowledge of Malaysian construction regulations and FIDIC contracts
