As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be the backbone of our financial control and contract administration processes. You will work closely with our project management and engineering teams to ensure our fire protection installations are delivered within budget and to the highest industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full life cycle of quantity surveying for M&E fire protection projects, from tendering to final account settlement.
- Perform accurate cost estimation, budget planning, and material take-offs for complex fire protection systems.
- Administer sub-contractor progress claims, payment certifications, and variations to ensure financial compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive tender documents, including Bills of Quantities (BQ), and evaluate vendor quotations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and verify work completed against claims.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve contractual disputes and project cost issues.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities through effective value engineering and resource management.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related Engineering discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in M&E quantity surveying, with specific expertise in fire protection systems preferred.
- Proficient in SMM (Standard Method of Measurement) and contract administration (e.g., SIA or PSSCOC forms).
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for effective stakeholder management.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard estimating software.
