SG Contract Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Executive to join our dynamic construction team in Shah Alam. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects, ensuring optimal profitability and compliance with industry standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation for construction projects.
- Manage project procurement, including sourcing sub-contractors and negotiating supply agreements.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, verify quantities, and identify potential cost variances.
- Prepare monthly progress claims, variation orders, and final account settlements in accordance with contract terms.
- Provide expert commercial and contractual advice to the project management team to mitigate risks.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure project financial objectives are met.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and records for all project financial activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the construction industry, specifically in a QS or Project Executive role.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of standard forms of contract (e.g., PAM, JCT, or CIDB).
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Deep knowledge of local construction market trends and material pricing in Malaysia.
