Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee contract administration for large-scale construction projects, ensuring strict adherence to contractual terms and conditions
- Manage and validate progress claims, payment applications, and final account settlements
- Implement cost control measures through regular budget monitoring and variance analysis
- Prepare tender documentation, bills of quantities, and cost estimates for new projects
- Conduct site inspections to assess progress and resolve contractual disputes
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain transparent financial communication
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and financial records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor with A1 main contractor exposure
- Professional certification (RICS or equivalent) preferred
- Expertise in FIDIC and Singaporean construction contracts
- Advanced proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, WinQS)
- Strong analytical skills for cost forecasting and risk assessment
- Excellent negotiation abilities for claim resolution and contract amendments
