Tanggung Jawab
- Manage project budgets and cost control throughout construction lifecycle
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, and cost estimates for diverse projects
- Conduct financial risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
- Process payment applications and resolve contractual claims
- Monitor project progress against financial milestones
- Prepare monthly cost reports and variance analyses
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants on financial matters
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's building regulations and contractual obligations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Singapore construction sector
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, MQSI) preferred
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (CostX, Candy, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC and Singapore Standard Forms of Contract
- Proven track record in contract administration and claim management
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Singaporean PR or citizenship required
